Assisted Living:

In keeping with our mission, one of our Registered Nurses will meet with the potential resident and their representatives, if they choose to have someone present, to do a personalized assessment that evaluates the individual’s needs and preferences.  Once this assessment is complete and the potential resident has chosen one of our communities the Registered Nurse will create a customized service plan that reflects the individual’s needs and preferences.
