Chestnut Grove

Chestnut Grove Assisted Living is located in Virginia, MN and has been open since 2002. Chestnut Grove’s Alzheimer’s and Memory Care program is focused firmly on the individual and on providing a safe, familiar, yet stimulating environment. Chestnut Grove provides residents with peaceful and serene surroundings, specially designed to provide comfort and security for those with Alzheimer’s, dementia and other forms of memory loss. Our team is trained to value each senior and to recognize their different preferences and needs. We know that memory loss affects every resident differently and focus on understanding each individual senior to provide care they respond to positively.

It is the mission of Chestnut Grove to provide an environment that reflects the needs of our residents. It is our intent to provide a housing option that allows individuals with dementia to remain in a residential environment as long as their abilities allow.  We will promote independence, while upholding our primary responsibility of resident safety.
