Memory Care Communities

Age related dementia, including Alzheimer’s, requires specialized care.  When faced with the challenge of providing care for individuals with memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer’s Disease we can help.  Our memory care program is best-practice based, personalized, and attentive.  A Service Plan driven by input from family, loved ones, and licensed prescribers’ is developed by one of our Registered Nurses to meet the specific needs of the resident, ensuring that the services the resident will receive are delivered in a safe environment, with respect and dignity by staff trained for the specific needs of dementia.

It is our intent to provide a housing option that allows individuals with dementia to remain in a residential environment as long as their abilities allow.  Hillcrest Memory Care residents reside in a comfortable environment to reduce confusion and anxiety.  We believe in the value and importance of maintaining strong family ties and we encourage family involvement in the resident’s daily life.  Each facility has a common area for visiting with family, friends, and enjoying social activities.  Each resident has their own room, with cable and hook up available.  We encourage families to use home belongings to decorate residents rooms to create familiarity but will furnish rooms, if needed.
